I have many fond memories of Gail while I was teaching at the Middle School. He was a great Counselor and had a very clever wit and sense of humor. He was a good friend.
Mr. Garrison always had time to listen and share a smile. He was a truly wonderful person and friend to all, and his kindness will never be forgotten.
Gail was a longtime friend and colleague. We shared many memories both at school and outside the professional setting. These included The Choir Boys gathering after school on Friday afternoon for a happy hour. Our singing never improved but he managed to write several songs that captured the spirit of the and brought many smiles and much laughter to those of us featured in his lyrics. I will always remember our fishing trips to Roaring River and Grand Lake. All I ever caught was a tin can that he tied to my line when I took a rest room break. He had that treasure framed and presented it to me at a faculty meeting. While life events and health issues limited our contacts, I thought of him often and smiled at the memories we shared. I will miss him .
