Vicki J. Gentry's Obituary
Vicki J. Gentry, 71, of Pittsburg, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
She was born May 20, 1949 in Pittsburg, the daughter of Lawrence H. and Angela J. Blazic Gentry.
She was a lifelong residence of Pittsburg and graduated from Pittsburg High School. Vicki graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Physical Education.
Vicki loved music, painting, her cats, sports and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lawrence H. Gentry, Jr.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 27 at the Pittsburg Garden of Memories. Memorials may be made to the SEK Humane Society; these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
