Vera "Sue" Boyer's Obituary
Vera “Sue” Boyer, 90, of Frontenac, died at 5:22 AM on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Mercy Hospital.
Sue was born October 29, 1933, daughter of Carlton and Stella (Millsap) McCullough.
On September 2, 1966 she married Jerry Boyer, he preceded her in death on October 18, 2019.
Sue worked for AT&T for 28 years before retiring. She enjoyed nature, holidays, walking, and going shopping. Her motto was 'always be kind'.
Survivors include her sister, Emma Ladenburger, nephew Michael McCullough, and his wife Kathy, and nieces Sandy Tiffin, Carla Hamlett, and her husband Darrell, Melissa McCullough, Martha Miller, and her husband Brian, and Mimi (Susie) McCullough, and her husband Glenn. Her great-nephews and great-nieces Bryan Tiffin, Rick Tiffin, Mike Tiffin, Kim Nelson, Matthew Hamlett, Sarah Hamlett, Chris Canary, David McCullough, Katie McCullough, Matthew McCullough, Aimee Senecaut, Emily Senecaut, Elizabeth Senecaut, and Hannah Bieneman, twenty-three great-great-nephews and nieces, and one great-great-great nephew.
In addition to her husband, Sue was preceded in death by her siblings, Paul McCullough, Genrose McCullough, and Carl McCullough.
