RIP Uncle Pete, just found out today that you had passed, I just told you not to long ago in the hospital you was to stubborn to leave this world yet, now I found out you have. You will definitely be missed and you may not have been my blood Uncle but to me you will ALWAYS BE MY UNCLE PETE!! Will always cherish the memories of coming over to your house and seeing you and Grandma, you will definitely be missed from this side of the family!! Love and miss you always :(
I'll never forget how my uncle was always there for me and my mom no matter what. He loved being able to help others. Even when he got sick he never let it slow him down. 22 years is a long time to be on oxygen. He never gave up. Two days before he passed he went out and bought some little blue tennis shoes for the back of his walker Mom said don't most people use tennis balls? He said " I want tennis shoes." And laughed. I'm gonna miss his sense of humor You are loved and missed so much uncle Pete. Rest easy till I see you again.
We are planning a celebration of his life for this spring. Arrangements are still being made at this time.
