A prayerful woman, Sue had strong faith and belief in God and Church. She was dedicated to her family and loved them with all her heart. She was most happy when everyone was in the kitchen talking and eating her wonderful food that took her hours to prepare or playing cards. She was a loving and caring friend and treated each as part of her family. Up until her illness in June, Sue loved to work in her garden which was filled with tomatoes, squash, green beans, okra, potatoes, corn, garlic, lettuce, grape vines, peppermint, parsley, and beautiful flowers. Sue’s love for her Lebanese heritage was maintained through cooking, storytelling, and continued contact with relatives located throughout the world.
