We were so sorry to hear of Steve's passing! May the Peace that Passes All Understanding be with his Family! In His Love, Hoyt and Debby Johnson

We met Steve in Germany in the late sixties. We became very good friends with him and his family. Visited many times back and forth from Maryland, those times are very treasured. Steve has not only been a very good friend but more like a brother. We are so sorry that we are not able to take the last steps with him. Steve will always live in our thoughts and hearts. Our deepest sympathy to all his loved ones. Love, Eddie and Brigitte'
I will always remember Steve. I bought my first motorcycle from him in 1972 at his shop on 4th street. I was at his shop a lot after buying it, learning how to service and work on it. Steve never hesitated to help me learn how to keep it running good. He was always a big supporter of Freddy Van’s Motocross Track and the racing environment. I am saddened to hear of his passing.
