Shirley J. Richardson's Obituary
Shirley J. Richardson 81 of Pittsburg Ks. Passed away May 28, 2023 at Arma Care and Rehabilitation center in Arma Ks. Shirley was born January 24, 1942, the daughter of Robert Oran and Katherine Belle (Gerhard) Geier and grew up at rural Cherokee were she also graduated high school. Shirley was an avid cook and was known for all her wonderful recipes. Shirley married the love of her life Robert (Bob) Richardson June 15, 1995 and he survives of the home. Shirley was a meat wrapper for many years and retired from USD #250 as Cafeteria staff (cook). Her and Bob both retired enjoyed Cruises, Meeting with friends for weekly lunches and casino hopping.
Survivors include her Daughter Lisa Ann (Mallory) McNamara Frontenac Ks, Robert (Bobby) & Lisa Richardson Pittsburg Ks, Jennifer & Gary Bogle Pittsburg Ks, LeeAnn & Bruce Yeo Mesa Arizona, James & Kelly Richardson Mulberry and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, 2 Sisters (Roberta Geier, Linda Mills) and 6 brothers (Merle, Raymond, Norman, Glen, Paul, Larry Geier) and Son in Law’s John McNamara, Tim Wheeler.
She will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed. Memorial &Burial will be held at a later date in The Garden of Memories
