Shirley Annetta (Letsinger) Livingston's Obituary
Shirley Annetta (Letsinger) Livingston passed away on Sunday, May 1,
2016 at the age of 79 at Via Christi Hospital. She was born the second
child to Barney George and Mabel Elsie (Dickerson) Letsinger on
November 6, 1936 at Mansfield, MO. She attended Mansfield schools
and graduated from Mansfield High School in 1954. On July 1, 1954, she
was united in marriage to Fred Eugene Livingston at Mansfield. He
preceded her in death on June 13, 1986. She was a homemaker most of
her life and later was a companion to the elderly. She was an active
member of the Meadowside Baptist Church in Pittsburg. She is survived
by her five children, Donna (Sven) Johannsen of Colorado Springs, CO,
Lonnie Livingston of Billings, Montana, Mike (Cathy) Livingston of
Wagoner, OK, Carol (Gary) Oehme of Pittsburg, and Sherry Livingston
of Amarillo, TX; a brother, Jerry Letsinger of Riverview, FL, sister’s-in-
law, Carol Letsinger of Rockford, IL; and Pauline Meeks of Powhatan,
AR; 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to her
husband and parents, her brothers, Donald Letsinger and Jackie
Letsinger, and grandson Jerry Bolfango, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m . Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Meadowside
Baptist Church with Brother Donald Alexander officiating. Burial will follow
in the Highland Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Bath Naylor Home. In lieu of flowers, the
family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society. These may
be left at or mailed to the Bath Naylor Funeral Home, 522 South
Broadway, Pittsburg, KS 66762. Friends may leave condolences online

Bath Naylor Funeral Home, Pittsburg, KS.
