Roy Scott's Obituary
Roy Scott, 90 of Pittsburg, formerly of Scammon, KS died at 6:45
p.m. Monday April 18, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Pittsburg, KS.
He was born November 8, 1925 in Scammon, KS the son of Ray
and Vera Scott. He lived Most of his life in Scammon.
Roy served in the United States Navy in the Military Police in San
Diego.
He married Freda Chambers in 1956 in Arizona; she preceded him
in death in August 11, 2009.
Roy was a self employed farmer. Survivors include three sons Buddy Scott of Carthage, MO; Mickey
Scott of Pittsburg and David Scott of Belton, MO; a grandson Nathan
Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a brother
Clarence Scott.
Roy has been taken for cremation, and no services are planned at
