Robert Lee Salkill's Obituary
Robert Lee Salkill 90, of Scammon, KS died 8:31am Thursday May 9, 2024 at his home following an illness. Robert was born August 13, 1933 in Verona, MO the son of Emmett L. and Amanda (Andrus) Salkill.
Robert worked as a Truck Driver most all his life. He was of the Christian Faith and loved fishing and to tell stories about his various adventures.
Survivors include his children Mike Salkill of Missouri, Brenda Salkill of Missouri, Randal Salkill of Missouri, Donald Salkill of Missouri and Emmett Salkill of Scammon, KS; Siblings Beverly Salkill and Carrol Salkill; special grand-daughter Shadow Beck of Greeley, CO and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Salkill; parents and brothers Loren, Rudolph and Willard Salkill.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Burial of remains will be at the Hosey Hill Cemetery in Weir, KS.
