Our condolences to Bob and his family. Although I didn't know Bob well, Joyce was in my classes from elementary school through high school. Bill and I send our deepest sympathy to all of you and wish for God's grace to help you through this difficult time. May God welcome Bob into His kingdom.

Bob Hough and I worked together for many years with the city. He could do anything and did. His talents and ability to work with people were unprecedented. I will miss sending you off Bob but I want you to know you are in my heart and mind forever. Peace be with you. Save me a space at your desk. I know there is already a place for you. Love you Bob.
I met Bob as he visited Columbus, OH on a number of occassions to visit Chris. Although I did not spend a lot of time with him he was always very kind & just an easy person to talk, it was evident he loved his family very much. Joyce & Chris you are in our hearts & prayers.
The most amazing man I have ever known. So very caring and so very hard headed. I have and will love you forever. My most very favorite Uncle Bob. Breathe deep and beat 'em all at poker.
Bob and I worked together for almost 25 years with the City of Pittsburg. He was a good friend and I will miss him. God Bless.
