Thank you, sir, for your service to our country and its local communities, particularly, Baxter Springs, Kansas, my alma mater and the town in which you maintained a thriving medical practice for a number of years, not only because of the quality of care you provided all who entered your private clinic, but in larger medical services locations throughout the region, regardless of their personal or economic status, race, religion or creed.
