Raymond L. Cleffman's Obituary
Raymond L. Cleffman 46, of Pittsburg, KS died August 12, 2016 of an apparent homicide on East 4th Street near Caruthers Auto Salvage.
Raymond was born May 27, 1970 in Portsmouth, VA the son of Roy Allen and Sharon Sue (Melton) Cleffman. Raymond was a lifelong resident of the area and attended area Pittsburg schools. Raymond worked as a handyman in the local area; he was of the Christian Faith; loved gardening, fishing, camping, walking in the woods, family and train rides.
Survivors include his mother Sharon of Pittsburg, KS; stepfather Wayne of Pittsburg, KS; sisters Roxanne Kincade and husband Buddy of Pittsburg, KS, Tonya Cleffman of Pittsburg, KS; brothers Dewayne Hoy of Pittsburg, KS and Brian Holbrook and wife Bree of Texas; fiancée Drenda McCulloch and children Dereka, Aaron, Kayla and Jessica and 4 grandchildren; nieces and nephews Walter (Meyri) Kincade, Billy Kincade, Daniel (Ashley) Kincade, Kieshia Herring, Victoria Herring, Micah Holbrook Silas Holbrook; great-nieces and nephews Patrick, Shalee, Ismael, Lily, Landyn, Hunter, Avery Kincade, Ziggy Hoag; his beloved fur baby Maybell and other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Raymond is preceded in death by his father; brother Jesse Rose; grandparents Raymond and Lola Cleffman and Wilford and Dorothy Melton and his best friend Shannon Devore.
Funeral Services will be 1:00pm Friday August 19, 2016 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Pittsburg, KS with Pastor Daryl Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Oskaloosa, MO. Family will receive friends from 12-1:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
