Patricia Ann Eddy's Obituary
Patricia Ann (Thomas) Eddy passed away on March 31, 2026 at the age of 88 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was born on March 31, 1938, in Weir, Kansas, to James Donald (Don) Thomas and Elsa M. (Bolinger) Thomas.
On August 23, 1963, she married Kenneth G. Eddy of Slater in Wichita, Kansas, and together they had four children. Mrs. Eddy retired from AT&T Paradyne in 1996.
She was an active member of the Assembly of God Church and the Business Women's Association.
She was preceded in death by her parents; James Thomas and Elsa (Thomas) Swartz; her brother, Robert Donald Thomas; her son Kenneth Glenn Eddy II, stepfather James Swartz. She is survived by two daughters, Mechelle (Charlie) Blalock of Harrisonville, MO, and Monica (Jamie) Hall of Kansas City, MO; one son, Nelson (Peggy) Eddy of Harrisonville, MO; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, April 3, 2026 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery with Pastor Daryl Gaddy. The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 1:30 until service time. Services and arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home of Pittsburg.
