Dear David, Catherine and Family -
On behalf of the Sullivan family I wanted to express our most sincere sympathy with the passing of Okja.
As you may remember I was your neighbor at 815 W. 9th until 1978 when we moved to south Pittsburg. I had not seen your mother since childhood.
I fondly remember many days of playing with you and Terry Wiley. It was always a treat when I was able to eat the traditional foods prepared. I was always excited to play at your house because you had incredible toys. Unfortunately, I lost contact with Terry Wiley after we moved and I have not seen him since. I do know that his mother "Tomi" passed away several years ago.
My father passed away in 1984. My mother passed away in 2014. My brother Brian is employed by Pfizer and resides in Pittsburg with 3 sons. I am married to my wife Tricia with 3 children. I am a doctor of internal medicine and I have been in private practice here in Pittsburg for 32 years. I served in the United States Army for 21 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
I hope in this difficult time that you find comfort. My prayers are with you and family.
Most Sincerely -
Dr. Bill Sullivan
