I was always welcomed on my visits with my Uncle John and Aunt Kathy. I loved visiting Carmen and Norvella during Thanksgiving and in their basement making the Boccia family sausage. Norvella was always sweet and loving. A true Nonna!

With heartfelt condolences to Carmen and your entire family for the immense loss of lovely Norvella. All of us in Canada are thinking of you all during this difficult time. You’re in our prayers, with love your cousin Elena Boccia Campoli & family
I remember her so plain! Her and her sisters were so kind to me. So many memories of her. My brother Jimmy Brisbin and I had a lot of fun with her. She was always so kind to me,along with April and Rosie. We will see them all again one day. What a Day that will be!!!! So sorry for your loss...prayers and hugs for you all.
Dearest Carmen, Theresa, Victor, Vincent, Barbara, Monica & families,
From the moment we first met Norvella during Christmas of 1964 we adored her loving heart which she shared in her most fun-loving, cheerful way with each and every one of us, as though we had known her forever. We will always remember the good times we shared and how much she loved each of you and the Melton & Boccia families. Norvella will live forever in our hearts and memories. Rest In Peace dear Norvella, in God’s loving care.
With Love from Maria Boccia, Anna, Lou, Laura & families.
Arelva-Royce and I are so very sorry for your loss!! Keeping you & your family in prayer.
So very sorry to hear of Norvies passing. Its so very difficult to lose your mama, even when you know its coming, you are never really ready for it. For Carmen, 70 years of companionship has truly been a blessing that few people ever get to experience. Although her absence will be felt, how glorious to know she is now seeing Jesus face to face, and she is healed and whole. She is getting to once again love on John & Kathy and they will be waiting to greet the rest of your family when its time. Knowing that you will see her again brings such comfort. Your mama was a loving mom, a fun mom, who loved & cherished you all very much. I will keep you all in my thoughts & prayers in the weeks to come. You were all very blessed to have her as your mom & we were blessed to know her.
Norvie thought it was funny but my husband met her a few times and kept confusing Norvella and Arelva’s names up and we saw her at the gas station out on fourth street one day and Will said that is the aunt that talks fast!! I laughed and told her about it the next time I saw her!!
