Although Missi and I grew apart the past decade or so, she was once one of my closest friends, in addition to being my boss. She had a big heart and such a fun sense of humor! I'll cherish the memories of some of our misadventures during our lunch breaks or off on underwriting trips. I offer my sincerest condolences to Chris and the rest of her family. Her light definitely went out too soon.

I am very sorry to hear about Missi. For years when I was in my early 20's, I worked at The Asian Place and I always looked forward to serving the Lindsay/Kelly family. The way Mike looked at Missi with such adoration and love was something I aspired for. The way she leaned into him while maintaining her independence was so beautiful and I saw myself in her. This was a love I wished for. Mr. & Mrs. Lindsay were always interested in how life was treating me while they waited patiently for their sweet daughter to arrive for dinner. So very very sorry to hear of Missi's passing. My heart goes out to all her family. We first met when she was a shy teenager taking my publications classes at Pittsburg High School but grew to be friends in her adult life and great career at KRPS. It was so fun to see her success in the Communications field. She was a creative and delightful lady that I, along with many others, will miss.
