Marie Lackamp was born on August 9, 1928 in Kansas City, KS, to William and Marie Penske.
Marie married Bernard J Lackamp Jr on June 4,1948 in Kansas City, Missouri. The couple had 6 children, sons Michael, Chris, Bernard J III, and Patrick; 2 daughters Susan Lackamp and Kathy Lackamp Shelton, 8 grandchildren Belinda, Amy, Marie, Bridget, Michelle, Adam, Elijah, William, and 10 great grandchildren Mia, Killian, Isabel, Hailey, Dylan, Caleb, Jordan, Aubrey, Kyndal, Logan
Marie loved to read books and listen to country music and Elvis.
Marie is preceded in death by her spouse Bernard J Lackamp Jr., brother Bill Penske, sister Patricia Hernandez and precious grand daughter Amy Christian Lackamp.
Funeral Mass will be Saturday June 5th at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frontenac KS followed by burial at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Pittsburg, KS.
