Margaret Turner's Obituary
Margaret Turner, a longtime resident of Pittsburg passed away March 1 after a sudden illness. Margaret was born February 6, 1939 to the late Marvin Victor and Goldie Viola Turner. She lived at home with her parents until she moved to Sunset Manor Nursing home, Frontenac in 1995. She remained there until her death.
Margaret is survived by her sister Patricia Trimble and husband Ronald of Joplin, MO, several nieces and nephews, and her special cousin and friend Dorothy Taylor of Elverta, CA whom she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Richard Lee Turner (Patricia’s twin).
Margaret loved visiting the Grand Old Opry and listening to country music.
Special thank you to the nurses and aides of Sunset Manor and Medical Lodge, Frontenac who took special care of Margaret.
Funeral services will be 11am, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home with Chaplin David Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
