Liza M. Colebank's Obituary
Liza M. Colebank, 34, of Parsons, KS passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Her death was unexpected.
Liza was born February 16, 1983 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Scott, KS. The daughter of Tammy (Melton) and Kevin Colebank. Liza grew up and attended
schools in Pittsburg, KS and the surrounding area. She worked briefly at the Love Bubble radio station in Pittsburg and for SKIL resource center as a
receptionist. Liza enjoyed fishing, rock hunting, crossword puzzles, making bracelets and watching the Golden Girls. Liza loved music of all kinds,
watching movies and going out to eat Mexican and Chinese food. Liza had a fondness for animals, especially her two dogs Curley and Buddy and had
volunteered over the years at different animal shelters.
Liza is survived by her brother, Steven Colebank and his wife Mariah; one niece, Riley and a
nephew, Ethan, all of Carthage, MO, whom she spoke of and visited often and loved dearly.
She is also survived by close friends, Tiffany Smart, Parsons and Robyn Thomas, Parsons.
Liza was preceded in death by her mother, Tammy Lipps and her maternal grandparents.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Englevale Cemetery in Englevale, KS.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to an Educational Fund for her niece and nephew, Riley and Ethan.
