LaDoris A. Francis Brown's Obituary
On Sunday, May 31st, 2020, LaDoris Ann Francis Brown, mother of two children died at age 79. She was born March 22nd, 1941 in Pittsburg, Ks, to Albert Jesse & Leona Mae (Covell) Francis. She graduated from Pittsburg High School class of 1959. Her 1st marriage produced two sons, Jeff & Mike Murphy. Her second marriage produced no children & ended with the death of Jim Brown in 2016. LaDoris appreciated nature & had a passion for painting. Her works were gifts to family and friends. In addition to her late husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son Jeff Murphy. She is survived by son Mike Murphy, & grandson Mikey, granddaughters Megan Murphy, Heather Murphy Burns, & great grand children, Grayson & Parker Burns, siblings, Herb Francis & wife Judy, Steve Francis & wife Paula, Nancy Beasley & husband Larry. Bath-Naylor will handle arrangements, no services are planned. Interment will be in Edgemand Cemetery, Columbus, Ks.
