This picture was taken in August 2018 at the Southeast High School's 50th Reunion. Johna did not graduate with our class, as she graduated early to begin Nursing School. But, nevertheless, she was a member of our class!!
Johna and I reconnected when I was getting everyone together for our 50th. She said she had never been invited to our other reunions and was thrilled to come! We talked that evening and then continued to call each other over the last 8 years. She helped me through a lot of challenging medical issues over the last two years. Had it not been for her guidance, I might have lost my mind navigating the medical tests and procedures!
She was a beautiful person, both inside and out! The world was a better place with her in it and she will be sadly missed.
