Jeremy Joseph Williford 39, of Pittsburg, KS died April 26, 2024 at his home.
Jeremy was born December 3, 1984 in Girard, KS the son of Joseph Cecil Jr. and Marie LaVelle (Ferrell) Williford. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of Northeast High School in Arma, KS in 2003. He later earned his B.S. in Education at Pittsburg State University in 2007. Jeremy worked for SEK Interlocal 637 and USD 250 from 2007 till present. Jeremy specialized in Special Education and loved to work sporting events and help developing youth. Jeremy was of the Christian Faith; in his free time he loved spending time with his nephews Xander and Chandler playing Call of Duty.
Survivors include his parents; brother Zach Williford and wife Maegan of Girard, KS and nephews Xander and Chandler Williford.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Frances Ferrell and cousin Stacy Baasch.
