Jeffary Wayne Hattley 62, of Pittsburg, KS passed away on January 4, 2023 at Pittsburg Care and Rehab.
He was born January 28, 1960 in Kansas City, KS to Herbert (AC) and Mattie Lee (Williams) Hattley. Jeffary was the 7th of 10 children. Both parents AC and Mattie Hattley, sister Linda and nephew Lovell Smith preceded him in death.
Jeffary was educated in the public school district of Kansas City, KS and later graduate from Wyandotte High School in 1979.
After high school he joined the United States Army.
Jeffary confessed Christ at an early age where he attended Salem Baptist Church with his family under the leadership of Rev. C.B. Bailey (deceased) and the Associate Pastor Rev. A.C. Hattley (deceased).
Survivors include eight siblings; Jerry, Shirley, Robert, Jimmie, Kathyrene Hayes, Michellea, Brenda and Karen; nieces and nephews: Ronald, Rhonda, Bridgette Cobbins (Brian), Shonya, Andrew Dawn (Anitra), Alvertis, Robrina, Angela Allen (Stephon), Jenise, Octavia Baker (Keilyn), Jamie, Michael Smith, Latrice Nichols, Jamisha, Iyona Hendrix, Olivia Hayes, DaZhanae’ Crosby and Briana Crosby and a host of relatives and friends.
