James Neely Edward Faucett Sr.'s Obituary
PITTSBURG, KS – James Neely Edward Faucett Sr., 60, of Pittsburg, KS died on March 14, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg.
He was born July 15, 1961 in Pittsburg, the son of Henry and Betty (Laizure) Faucett.
James was a member of the Nazarene Church of Pittsburg and a member of the Independent Bible Baptist Church. He worked as a janitor at the YMCA for many years.
He enjoyed reading about the history of gangsters and loved camping and fishing.
Survivors include wife; Tina Faucett of Pittsburg, KS, son; James Faucett Jr. and wife Victoria of Pittsburg, KS, daughter; Alishia Faucett of Pittsburg, KS, brother; Michael Faucett of Pittsburg, KS adopted daughter; Jessica Crites of Pittsburg, KS, five adopted grandchildren; David, Jessi, CarolAnn, Adam, Moses and several nieces and nephews.
James is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; Emery, Virgil, John and two sisters; Lina and Viola.
A celebration of life will be held at 5pm, Thursday, April 14, 2022 at PittNaz Church, 816 E Quincy St, Pittsburg, KS 66762
The family requests memorials to be made to the YMCA of Pittsburg. These may be left or mailed to the funeral home, 522 S. Broadway Pittsburg, KS 66762.
