Gary Linn Moyer's Obituary
Gary Linn Moyer, 67 of Baxter Springs, KS died February 3, 2025 at his home following an illness.
He was born August 15, 1957 in Columbus the son of John W. and Shirley L (Soper) Moyer.
He graduated from the Columbus High School with the Class of 1975.
Gary worked with his brother at “Mike’s Concrete” for many years.
On December 1, 2022 he was united in marriage to Lora Lynn Short in Eureka Springs, AR; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include a daughter: Misty (Don) Fulk of Columbus; Mother Shirley of Columbus, a brother Mark (Ratava) Moyer; a granddaughter Samantha (Caleb) Green; three great grandchildren: Myra, Ezra and Jesse along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father John W. (Bill) Moyer, a brother: Michael Wayne Moyer; maternal grandparents, Earl and Pearl Soper, and his paternal grandparents, Leslie and Minnie Moyer.
Funeral services will be 2pm, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Columbus. Family will receive friends one hour before the services. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com. Services are under the direction of the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home of Columbus.
