Gary D. Brown's Obituary
Gary D. Brown, age 70, of Pittsburg, Kansas, died on September 1, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg. Gary was born on November 28, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas, to A.O. Brown III and Claudia Harris Brown.
He was a dedicated and hardworking man, spending nearly four decades in production management at Pitt Plastics from 1973 until his retirement in 2012.
Gary is survived by his children, Steven Brown; Eric Brown, and Rachel Brown; and his grandchild, Leif Schwartz. He is also survived by his father, A.O. Brown III; his siblings, Mark Brown and Sheri Adkins.
Gary was preceded in death by his mother.
In accordance with Gary's wishes, he will be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bath-Naylor Funeral Home.
