Frank Russell's Obituary
Frank Russell, 66, of Arcadia, Kansas passed away August 5, 2023. Frank was born May
9, 1957. He joined the US Army, serving as an infantryman from July 1975 to July
1979. His legacy is his daughters, Jessica Nicholson (Nick) and Randi Urban, his
beloved grandchildren and man’s best friend, Bella, the German Shepherd. He was
preceded in death by his maternal grandparents. In lieu of flowers, the family
requests any donations will go toward his grandchildren’s future dreams.
