Forrest G. Staples' Obituary
Forrest G. Staples, 75 of rural Weir, KS died June 24, 2016 at Mercy hospital in Joplin, MO.
He was born October 14, 1940 in Hydro, Oklahoma the son of Forrest P. and Helen (Pope) Staples.
In November 1973 he was united in marriage to Rhonda Wayland in Tulsa, OK; she survives him of the home.
Forrest worked for Vinylplex as a blend operator for many years.
Survivors include a son Cory Staples and his wife Sara of Tulsa, OK; a daughter Deni Staples of Denver CO; a brother Jerry Staples of Capaldo, KS and two grandsons: Jackson Karr & Eli Staples.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Kay Roberts and a sister-in-law Dee Staples.
Funeral services will be 7pm, Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Friskel Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the services starting at 6 pm. Condolences may be left at www.friskelfuneralhome.com.
