David Joseph Marrone's Obituary
FRONTENAC, KS – David Joseph Marrone, age 66 of Frontenac, died 10:58am Saturday March 30, 2024 at the Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, KS.
He was born April 14, 1957 in Wichita, KS to Frank and Geraldine Baker Marrone. He was a lifetime resident of the Frontenac area. He attended Frontenac schools.
He worked in the vending business for 37 years, retiring in 2004, due to ill health
Membership was held in the Frontenac Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter Ashley Marrone of Pittsburg, grandchildren Addisynn Marrone and Brendan Gaylord of Pittsburg and a daughter Pam Marrone of Michigan and son Rick Marrone of Pittsburg. He was preceded in death by his mother Geraldine on August 1, 2003 his father Frank Marrone of Tallahassee, Florida in 2008, and a brother Mickey A. Marrone on February 14, 2002 in Pittsburg and his dogs Rosie and Tinker his beloved Boston Terriers.
Graveside Services will be 10:00am Thursday April 4, 2024 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Pittsburg, KS. Friends may call from 7am to 5 pm Wednesday April 3, 2024 at the Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac, KS. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Pittsburg, KS.
