Bud always was interested if I was busy. He accepted into the family and I always felt welcomed Thanksgiving and Christmas was a time for gathering and something to look forward too. . When I first met bud we talked about how he worked in the mines. How they went from Oronogo to Picher Oklahoma. We discussed the small towns around Girard. He was a wealth of information and an inspiration to talk to. I loved to listen to the history of the small towns of the local community. We seem to have a lot in common with what we did for a living. Bud was loved by his family and will be missed. I always wanted to listen to his stories of the past. RIP Bud and I will always remember you. You raised a proud and wonderful family. I will do my very best to carry on your wish of taking care of your daughter. You raised a wonderful and caring family.
