Cleo was one of the most loving, giving, & generous man I ever met. He was the “Good Guy”! He loved Judy, no doubt about that, he would drive to Joplin to start her car so she would have a warm car in the winter, when we worked at St John’s hospital together. He would even look for my car when we drove separately & clean my windows off! He was funny, kind, & always smiling! He loved his family! Love & sympathy to all of his family
