Chad Townsend, 45, of Frontenac, KS died on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at his home in Frontenac. He was born on August 9, 1980 in Fort Scott, KS the son of Ronald and Mary (Townsend) Gepford.
He enjoyed reading and playing on his computer.
Chad is survived by his sister Christy Swor (Kelly Swor) of Frontenac, KS; 2 nieces Kelsey Swor of Chanute, KS, Amanda Pryor of Arma, KS, 2 nephews; Brandon Ivicsics of Springfield, MO and Aaron Swor of Pittsburg, KS.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Monday, December 8, 2025 at Crocker Cemetery.
