Bob Frederick Beck's Obituary
Bob Frederick Beck, formerly of Sibley, Missouri, went to be with the Lord on July 19th at the age of 89. He passed peacefully at his current residence in Frontenac, Kansas that he shared with his devoted wife of 66 years, Martha “Sue” Beck.
Bob is survived by 5 children: Robert E. Beck, Donald C. Beck, Sue E. Terry, Connie L. Allison, and Randy L. Beck along with their respective spouses. Bob enjoyed spending time surrounded by family which includes 10 grandchildren and 13 great grand children.
Bob was born on January 17th, 1933 to Roy Beck and Lottie Moore. He was the 3rd child of 4: Junior Beck, Melba Jeffries, and Charles Beck. Bob was welcomed to the afterlife by Junior and Melba, Charles the only surviving sibling.
Bob graduated high school and spent time defending America’s freedom in the United States Army. He held many occupations during his life but spent most of his working years as a farmer. Bob was also a member of the former Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Plans for a celebration of his life will be determined at a future date.
