I just received a letter from Dan telling me the sad news of Betsy's death. I send my condolences to all the family. Betsy was my daughter Kimi's godmother; she took great delight in Kimi's successes as a filmmaker. I have many sweet memories of Betsy at various ages and especially remember how helpful she was to her mother in raising David. Her move to Frontenac surprised me, but she made a new, happy life for herself there, which I was pleased to know. May she rest in peace.
