I could not have asked for better parents or a better best friend than my dear mother. We have a great time, hard but great, the last 2 1/2 years. Mom started declining in May and the last 45 days were heart wrenching and devastating and I thank God for His mercy and grace.
I love you mom. You will always be with me.
I moved to Kansas almost 10 years ago. Found my church in Pittsburgh, KS. When I walked in I saw Barbara sitting alone. Introduced myself & asked If I could sit by her. She said yes & I was blessed to have her as not only a church friend but a special life friend thereafter! I visited her in her home, later when she entered assisted living, and when she left Pittsburgh and moved in with her daughter Terri! I loved this sweet little lady & will always remember her with love. She is the true meaning of pure love & kindness! I was waiting for the pandemic to be over so I could go see her again but didn’t make it. My only regret! God bless you my dear friend! Thanks for caring about me and for the memories! I will always remember you with love and I’m happy you have found your peace!
