Annette Jo Taylor's Obituary
Annette Jo Taylor, 43 of Everton, MO died May 13, 2016 at her home
following a sudden illness.
She was born May 4, 1973 in Ft. Scott, KS the daughter of Edward “Ed”
and Olive “Kit” (Short) Collins.
On July 18, 1998 she was united in marriage to James Edward Taylor in
Girard, KS; he preceded her in death on October 14, 2014.
Annette was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Girard and
attended the Main Street Baptist Church in Everton. She worked as a
CNA.
Survivors include her parents Ed and Kit Collins of Pittsburg, KS; a
brother Eddie (Danell) Collins of Kansas City, KS; Fiancé Ronnie Moore
of Everton; Grandmother Olive Short of Pittsburg and nieces & nephew
Noelle, Elise and Noah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, maternal grandfather Gene
Short and paternal grandparents Lonnie and Mary Belle Collins.
Funeral services will be 10 am, Wednesday May 18, 2016 at the Open
Door Fellowship Church with Rev. Don Talent officiating. Burial will
follow in the Girard Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral
home from 6-8 pm Tuesday evening. Condolences may be left at www.
