Jeri Lynn & Kristy, so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. We had a lot of fun back in the high school and early college days but as usual, we went in different directions. It's been years we've seen each other but still thought of him through the years. Our prayers are with you and the rest of the family.

Lots of good memories of Mike. May God's peace and comfort be with you Geri Lynn, Kristy, Peggy, children and family.
I remember Mike in high school. He was one of the best overall athletes that I have ever known! I also want to add that my husband, Bob, thought so much of Mike and always bragged to many that Mike was one of the best athletes he has ever known! I pray God's blessings to all of Mike's family and for strength and comfort during this time. Hugs and prayers! ❤️ Debra Bevins
Growing up with Mike was so much fun! We spent a lot of our childhood together, not only in school, but in church and as neighbor’s. My heart is heavy learning of this loss.
RIP Mike.
Mike and I had a love/hate relationship beginning in 2018 when I first came to Pittsburg. He didn't like me very much, but our relationship grew. He could be difficult ( an understatement) at times but he was also a very caring and respectful man that was mindful of those surrounding him. Mike took time to have his family purchase a birthday gift for me last week. (Cake mix, frosting and a cake pan- because I suck at baking ...) His family delivered it to work the weekend before my birthday. On Monday March 29 before I got to work he had already called to talk to me and open my gift. He called back at lunch and we talked on speaker with the rest of the therapy rehab department while I opened my gift.
Michael we shared some common interests, hunting, fishing, Chiefs and our first was our connection with Local 411. You will be missed but not forgotten.
So sorry Mike was a great friend and will be missed.
Geri Lyn and Kristi, I am so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. I had heard he wasn't well. This is tough.
