Kathleen Margaret (Boyer) Johnson, 78 of Rural Cherokee, KS passed away April 16, 2022 at her home. She was born April 9, 1944 in Council Bluff, IA, to Helen M. and Richard E. Boyer. She married William A. Johnson on February 27, 1968. Kathleen enjoyed animals and volunteering with various organizations in her community. Survivors include; a son William A. Johnson Jr. (Billy) of Cherokee, KS, a daughter Kristie Aragon of CA, two sisters; Jean (Carl) Evans of Carl Junction, MO, Phyllis Boyer of Portland, OR, one brother in law Frank (Roxanne) Johnson of Cleveland, OK, five sister in laws; Patricia (Jim) Omstead of Terlton, OK, Shirley Linam of Owasso, OK, Elain (Greg) Kirsh of Sapulpa, OK, Mary Lyman of Collinsville, OK and Pam (Victor) of Tulsa, OK, many cousins nephews and nieces. Graveside Services will be held at 10 am, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Cherokee City Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the Shriners Hospital or St. Jude’s Children Hospital; these may be mailed or dropped off to the funeral home. Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com.
