Gary L. Clothier

Gary L. Clothier 83, of Pittsburg, KS died Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, KS following an illness. Gary was born September 10, 1938 in Stafford, KS he was the son of Virgil and Genevieve (Gaston) Clothier. He graduated from Stafford High School and later completed his B.S. in Education at Emporia State University. Gary was a Veteran of the United States Army. Gary married Judith M. Johnson in 1965. Gary worked as an Educator and coach, mechanic and Jack of all trades. Survivors include his wife; sons Brent Clothier and wife Laurel of Wichita, KS and Sean Clothier and wife Suzanne of Wichita, KS; brother Marvin Clothier and wife Becky of Pittsburg, KS and grandchildren Grant Clothier, Adam Clothier, Noah Clothier, Will Clothier and Jonah Clothier. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Services will be at the Church of Christ in Pittsburg, KS Friday, on December 17th at 1:00.
