Obituaries
Genevieve L. “Pat” Wilson, 71 of Columbus, died at 2 pm,
December 16, 2011 at the Quaker Hill Manor in Lowell, KS.
She was born May 11, 1940 in Weir, KS the daughter of John
William and Tabitha E. (Wallace) Aubert.
On August 8, 1959 she was united in marriage to Bobby Joe
Wilson in Columbus, KS; he preceded her in death on January 31,
2011.
Pat worked at Ace Forms until she retired, prior to she worked at
Chimes, Inc in Oswego and Big Smith In Columbus until both of them
closed.
She was a lifetime area resident.
Survivors include a daughter Trisha and husband Grant Snider of
Neosho, MO, seven brothers and sisters: Debbie and husband James
Pope of Chicopee, KS, Tom and wife Mayme Wallace of Booneville,
MO, Louana Anderson and Shelly Stevens both of Vinita, OK, John and
wife Debbie of Williamsburg, KS, Christy and husband Ed Weir of
Oswego, KS and Virginia Barkdoll of Tribune, KS; four grandchildren:
Andy Snider, Aaron Snider and wife Rebecca, Ashley Humphries and
husband Johnny and Eden Snider all of Neosho and five great
grandchildren: Keaton Snider, Sydnee Humphries, Kayleigh Snider,
Donavon Snider and Jaykin Snider.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband and a brother
Bud, Aubert.
Funeral services will be 2 pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at the
Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Columbus with Elders Ken and Elizabeth
Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in the Park Cemetery. Family will
receive friends at the funeral home from 6-7 pm Monday. Condolences

Alzheimer’s Association, these may be left at or mailed to the funeral
