Obituaries
PITTSBURG — Charles “Evans” Wilson was born in Dumas Arkansas to
the late Lillian “Bish” Evans and Eddie “Mann” Evans on July 25, 1945:   
of four children. Charles departed this life on Friday January 1, 2010 At
Mt. Cameral Medical Center Pittsburg, Kansas.

Charles processed in Christ at an early age. He was a member of Mt Zion
Missionary Baptist Church.
Proceeded in death by his brother Billy Evans, and one child Guy
Anthony Wilson.

Charles leaves to cherish him memories His daughter Lillian “Rissa”
Goodloe (Derrick) of Chicago, Illinois a son Charles Lee Wilson of
Watson Arkansas. Several brothers Rev. William Evans (Josephine)
Chicago, Illinois, Fred Lee Evans (Erma) of Dumas Arkansas, Rev.
Samuel Evans of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. A Very Special Friend Kimberly
Parson of Pittsburg, Kansas. His running buddies Danny Hazley, of
Pittsburg, Kansas and Willie Murphy of Chicago, Illinois. Several
stepchildren’s Tonya, and DeWayne, of Dumas Arkansas and Melvin and
Sharon of Jackson Mississippi. His Aunt and Caregiver Joe Willie Jones
of Pittsburg, Kansas. Seven grandchildren all of Chicago Illinois. A host
of nephews, nieces, Uncles, Aunts and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 3-5pm, on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Bath-
Naylor Funeral Home, 522 S. Broadway, Pittsburg, KS. Burial will be at a
later date in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dumas, Arkansas. Local services are
under the direction of Bath-Naylor Funeral Home of Pittsburg. E-mail
