The staff of Bath-Naylor are kind and caring. They understand the needs of grieving family and act in a loving way to help ease the pain of losing a loved one. Yes, it's a business, but the staff is truly concerned with providing a necessary service in a way that helps families through a difficult time with dignity. My wife and I have pre-arrangements with the Bath-Naylor family. Thank you, Joe, for what I know will be a class act!

I could not say enough nice things about the individuals that work there. They are so helpful and caring. Dave was beyond amazing with helping me with arrangements for grandmother and brother. When you lose someone so dear to you it's so hard to think straight. The staff there try and make it as easy on you as they possible can. If you are like me I had no idea on where to even start and the lady's there walked me through every step. I can not say enough about the individuals there. Thank you all so much for everything. Bath Naylor has handled several of our family members' funerals. They are classy, accommodating professionals- never felt taken advantage of when it came to the financial side of things; which is sometimes a worry. You want to plan the financials for your own services? Call Nancy; she's a gem. General questions? Give Joe, Ashley, or David a shout! The guys that conduct the funerals are good people too...always helpful & professional.
