PITTSBURG — Johnnie K. Oertle, 63 of Pittsburg died Sunday, April 18,
2010 at her home.
She was born September 21, 1946 in Pittsburg, KS the daughter of Ollie
and Frances (Grizzle) Brady. She attended area schools and graduated
from the Pittsburg High School; she then went on to PSU where she
attained a Masters Degree in Mathematics.
She was united in marriage to Michel Oertle in Pittsburg, KS he preceded
her in death on February 3, 1998.
Johnnie worked for the Pittsburg SRS for 25 years; she also worked for
Computing Plus for many years.
She was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Roll Society.
Survivors include two sons: Jon Kraig Oertle and Kurtis D. Oertle, both of
Pittsburg; a sister Dorothy Griggs and a brother Kenneth Brady both of
Pittsburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Family will receive friends at the Bath-Naylor Funeral home from 6-8 pm
Monday, April 26, 2010. Burial will be at a later date on the family farm.
